CHICKEN AND CABBAGE CHILI — 2 C. chicken broth — 1T. cumin — 1T. chili powder — 1t. cayenne pepper — 1 t. black pepper — 4 oz. cooked chicken, cubed — 1 C. shredded cabbage — Pour the broth into a saucepan and place over high heat. Stir in cumin, chili powder, cayenne and black pepper. Bring to a boil. Once boiling carefully stir in the chicken and cabbage. Reduce heat to med. and cover simmer the chili for 15 minutes or until heated through
