Take me out coach!! @fatadaptedathleteofficial . That look on your face when you are depleted and just did an insane full body high rep depletion workout! . So day one of #trinchortreat with @fatadaptedathleteofficial and today was the CKD depletion workout prior to the carb up . Im very flat (muscles) here (face sucked in too) and I really had to earn this pump here from a full body high rep brutual “BodyOpus” style workout session! and the pump was not nearly as good as it should have been nor am I nearly as vascular as I should have been or how I will be tomorrow after carbs from tonight . Been strict keto for a very long time (no carb ups) with more lower fat for the past few weeks plus the recent 48-hour fast and then right into this full body workout with no carbs is almost leaving me nearly fully glycogen depleted and dragging ass! . Few more days left of the mini diet break via lazy keto one meal a day #omad until this weekend. I’m eating about 1500 calories above my normally intake and very lazy on total carb intake (yet because of my superior long term fat adaptation and metabolic flexibility I’m still showing adequate blood ketones everyday) and I’m enjoying every minute of it .
